Alycia Baumgardner became the undisputed champion in the Super-Featherweight division in February 2023.

Prior to her bout with Elhem Mekhaled in New York, Baumgardner already held the IBO, WBC, WBO, and IBF World Super-Featherweight Titles. She secured these titles with victories over Terri Harper, Edith Matthysse, and her arch-rival Mikaela Mayer.

In November 2021, Baumgardner made a statement to fight fans with a remarkable TKO victory over Terri Harper in Sheffield, winning the IBO and WBC World Titles. This victory came after her only career defeat to Christina Linardatou three years prior.

She successfully defended her unified titles with an unanimous decision win over Edith Matthysse and followed it up with a points victory over Mikaela Mayer in October 2022, claiming the WBO and IBF hardware.

Baumgardner secured the WBA World Title by knocking down Mekhaled multiple times in a sold-out event at the Hulu Theater in New York.

In her homecoming bout in Detroit in July 2023, Baumgardner sought redemption and hand-picked Christina Linardatou as her opponent, five years after their initial meeting. Baumgardner evened the score with a unanimous point victory, successfully defending her Undisputed Championship in the process.
